Darcy's Surf Lesson

Darcy took a surf lesson this morning from GO RIDE A WAVE surf school.

Here she learns how to do a pop-up from her instructor, Ryan.
Strap on the leggies, it's time to go catch some waves!

Heading into the waves...

She's found her wave! One knee up...

Almost...

And then YAY! All the way up, riding in to the beach!

And then back out for more!
She'll have some sore muscles tomorrow, but she was glad she'd done it...and we'll rent her a board up on the Sunshine Coast and she'll have another go in a couple days.
