Darcy and Maureen's Paradise

I skipped out on my last week of school and flew on Tuesday to meet Darcy, Maureen and the boys in Surfer's Paradise. They had more or less settled into a "routine". It involved:

** 4 a.m. wake-up with Max and Sam
** keep them up for a couple of hours while doing Pilates
** a short cat nap and then ...
** explore some child-friendly sites in Surfers' (there aren't many for littlees!)
** dodge torrential downpours
The rain has been bad, (or good if you count that whole drought thing) in Queensland this season.

On Tuesday, they had a great day, though! It turned sunny in the arvo (afternoon), so they had beach time and pool time! Both boys slept and woke up at a really reasonable 5:45 this morning!
