It seems as though I have brought Melbourne weather with me! My first few days here have been rainy and cool. It is meant to turn "fine" soon, however.
On Sunday, I took a short train ride to Fremantle, (just south of the city), and I was happy to find shelter from the downpour in the Fremantle Markets. The Aussies love their markets!"Freo" is a pretty laid back little port town.
Some of the little side streets and the older buildings reminded me of Italy.
