Things have fallen nicely into place considering the past two months have been so turbulent and challenging. One of these things is the opportunity to sublet from my friends Sapidah and Che while they are overseas for three months. Their house is in East Brunswick, (2 suburbs west from where Andrew and I were living), and it's a cozy, healing place to be this winter.
The house is old and full of colour, and as Sapidah is a collector of all things beautiful and kitschy, there's lots to look at and enjoy as each day unfolds. I'll post my favourite things about each room this month. These are some details from the kitchen.
