My friend Alex invited me to join him and some other friends at a BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE concert on Thursday. I honestly can't say I'm a fan of Bullet, but I do enjoy going to concerts with Alex --- he is such good value at a concert! In addition to some heavy, head-banging music, there were circle pits and I saw a "Wall of Death", a mosh pit phenomenon wherein concert-goers in the pit are directed away from the center of the standing area by a member of the band until a large, rectangular area is cleared, and, upon the band beginning the next song.... the two sides perpendicular to the stage sprint at each other and collide in the middle. Good times!
