Citizen Unger!

So after 8 years, I am officially an Aussie!

All the stress, tears and creativity it took to stay here has paid off....

Last night I attended my pledge ceremony and was officially welcomed to my country of choice. 

Of course, the alphabetical order meant that I was one of the last of 130 people to say my pledge. 

Jackson pretended he wasn't with us as we took selfies. 

Officially Australian!!

Spring!

Spring is coming to Ferntree Gully! Our Magnolia  tree is in full bloom and is a massive feature in the front yard. The weather is warming (we had a 19 degree day on Saturday!) and there's only less than a month left before term holidays!!
